"The Supplier" means: Egardens
"The Customer" means: The person entering into this agreement to purchase goods from The Supplier
"Terms" means: The conditions that form these Terms and Conditions
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
The Supplier is under no obligation to provide for returns or exchanges and will do so at its own discretion and the following conditions will apply:
The Supplier will happily provide for Refunds and exchanges prior to delivery of plants.
If you are unhappy with the plants you must advise the delivery driver immediately upon delivery of plants so that he can return the plants to the nursery. If you are not home at the time of delivery you will be responsible for an additional delivery charge of $82.50 to return the plants at a later date.
You must advise us within 24hours of delivery of the plants of your desire to return plants and plants must be cared for in a manner as advised by The Supplier.
Refunds will not be given for 'change of mind' after delivery has occurred unless at The Customer's expense.
Refunds will be issued in the form in which you paid us i.e. Paypal or Direct Deposit.
We require you to be home to accept the delivery of your plants. You will be required to sign a Delivery Slip at the time of delivery as acceptance and acknowledgement that you are satisfied with the plants.
If you cannot be home at the time of delivery or cannot arrange for someone else to be there, the plants will be left in a safe at the front of your house, however The Supplier holds no responsibility for any damaged or missing plants after delivery has occured.
STOCK AFTER DELIVERY
The Customer notes that it is responsible for the care and treatment of plants once delivery of plants has occured. The Supplier holds no responsibility or liability for plants after delivery of plants has occured to the Customer. This includes but is not limited to the following: damage to plants, plants contacting diseases, plants dying.
The Customer is required to pay for plants prior to the delivery of plants. Plants will not be booked in for delivery until payment has been received by The Supplier.
The Supplier uses Paypal as its primary method for payments with our online shopping service. Paypal is the world's safest and most secure way of sending money on the internet. When checking out, select the payment method 'Visa / Mastercard via PayPal' and you'll be redirected to our secure payment page on PayPal in the final step. Once you have been redirected to PayPal, if you already have a paypal account, you may log in here or you can select 'd'on't have a PayPal account?' to proceed to payment via credit card.
Credit Cards (Via Paypal)
Credit cards may be used with The Supplier's online shopping service. The Supplier will not process your credit card, nor take any credit card information. All credit card payments are processed by PayPal. PayPal offers total privacy and security for your personal and credit card details. The Supplier accepts the following credit cards via Paypal;
3. Direct Deposit:
Please contact The Supplier by telephone email to email@example.com and The Supplier will provide The Customer with an Invoice which will note The Supplier's bank account details for direct deposit into The Supplier's bank account.
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars. The Supplier reserves the right to increase its prices and these will be indicated and can be viewed on The Supplier's website www.egardens.com.au.
MODIFICATION OF TERMS
The Customer accepts that The Supplier has the right to change or alter these Terms at any time and that any such changes are effective immediately and will be binding on The Customer.
