Syzygium australe 'Up and Away' pbr - Lilly Pilly

A new Australian Native Lilly Pilly variety with a compact and upright growth habit in a conical form.  It's foliage is glossy green with new growth beautiful shades of copper/red tones.  It produces fluffy white flowers and red berries in the warmer months. 

Great alternative to Syzygium 'Straight & Narrow' and Syzygium 'Pinnacle'

Growth Size: 3-5m h x 1-2m w

Spacing: Plant these every 50cm apart for a faster forming hedge or further apart for a slower forming hedge.

Positioning: Full sun to part shade.

Temperament: Drought tolerant once established

Perfect for: Hedging & screening in narrow or tight spaces, small gardens, bird attracting, less maintenance

Growth Rate: Fast
